    1 Serangkaian percobaan mengenai formulasi media dilakukan untuk menyusun formula media yang sesuai untuk perkecambahan benih, media untuk anthurium pot, media hidroponik dan biopestisida untuk media tumbuh tanaman pot. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca lnlithi Cipanas dan Rumah Plastik Balithi segunung yang terdiri atas 4 kegiatan. Percobaan pertama merupakan percobaan acak kelompok pola factorial dengan perbandingan 1:1, 112, 113, 2:1, dan 3:1 (v/v). Setelah dianalisis pH dan EC-nya lalu dipilih 2 kombinasi terbaik_ Kemudian media tersebut dicampur dengan perlit sebagai factor kedua. Empat taraf perlit yaitu 40, 30, 20, dan 10% dipilih dua taraf atas dasar pH dan EC-nya, sehingga diperoleh 6 formula media. Setelah dipasteurisasi, media tersebut dimasukkan ke dalam lubang-lubang pesemaian yang tersebut dari tray plastik, satu biji per lubang. Sebagai pembanding digunakan media pesemaian impor. Percobaan kedua ditujukan untuk mendapatkan media tumbuh dan level konduktivitas listrik untuk pertumbuhan tanaman anthurium pot. Percobaan kedua merupakan percobaan factorial terdiri atas 3 faktor dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah komposisi media terdiri atas: 1) serbuk sabut kelapan, 2) serbuk sabut kelapa + 200 g zeolit/pot. Faktor kedua adalah 3 taraf larutan garam yang dikendalikan oleh pemberian pupuk lengkap yaitu: tanpa pupuk, 0; 1 dan 1,5 dS/m. Faktor ketiga adalah 3 periode pencucian yaitu Sesudah berumur 3, 5 dan 7 minggu. Percobaan ketiga disusun menurut rancangan petak terpisah dengan 3 ulangan. Petak utama adalah kultivar mawar yaitu First Red, grand Gala, Black Magic dan Cherry Brandy, sedangkan perlakuan anak petak adalah media tanam rock wool, sekam Dakar, dan serat sabut kelapa, Percobaan keempat terdiri atas percobaan laboratorium dan rumah kaca. Percobaan laboratorium meliputi purifikasi dan perbanyakan isolat. P. fuorescens dan Trichoderma sp. Serta uji antagonistic. Biakan murni P. fluorescens dan Trichoderma sp. Berumur 3 hari digoreskan di tengah-tengah cawan petri berisi FDA dengan jarak 3 cm dari goresan microbe antagonis, lalu diletakan koloni Rhizoctonia sp. yang berupa bulatan (5mm)-F\íhizoctonia sp. tersebut diisolasi dari tanaman krisan yangterinfeksi dan dibiakan pada media PDA. Rhizoctonia sp. disiramkan pada media serbuk sabut kelapa 3 hari sebelum tanam sebanyak 100 ml/kg media. Percobaan rumah kaca menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap 3 perlakuan 3 (1) suspensi P. fuorescens disemprotkan di atas media tumbuh 10 ml/pot. media; (2).Suspensi Trichoderma harizianum (107 spora/m/) disemprotkan di atas media tumbuh sebanyak 10 ml/pot media; (3). Suspensi campuran P. fuorescens (10 7 dan suspensi T. harzianum (107 spora/m/) disemprotkan di atas media tumbuh sebanyak 10 ml/pot media; (4), l\/ledia disemprot dengan air (kontrol) Hasil penelitian menunnjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari persentase tumbuhnya, media campuran serbuk sabut kelapa + gambut + perlit menunjukkan persentase perkecambahan yang lebih tinggi dari pada media impor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa satu formula memperlihatkan persentase tumbuh benih paling tinggi dan berbeda nyata dengan media kontrol atau impor. Formula yang mengandung gambut dan sabut serbuk kelapa dan kaandunga perlit yang tinggi menunjukkan persentase perkecambahan benih geranium yang tinggi dan lebih tinggi disbanding media impor. Nilai EC larutan pupuk berpengaruh terhadap EC media, makin tinggi EC larutan pupuk makin makin tinggi EC media. Jumlah anakari anthurium dipengaruhi oleh konsentrasi larutan pupuk dan periode pencucian. Makin tinggi EC larutan pupuk makin banyakjumlah anakan anthurium, sedangkan makin cepat periode pencucian makin panyak iumlah anakan l\/ledia tanam rockwoll menunjukkan sifat fisik yang lebih balk disbanding sekam Dakar dan serat sabut kelapa terutama pada total porositas dan pori memegang air, sehingga menghasilkan diameter bunga, bobot bunga/tangkai dan produksi bunga per petak. Pemberian P. fuorescens dan T. harzianum menurunkan intensitas serangan R solani secara nyata.
