    1 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nomor populasi gladiol hasil silangan Balai Penelitian Tanaman Hias dan Plant Research Institute (Wageningen) yang toleran terhadap infeksi isolat. Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. gladioli, yang berasal dari tiga lokasi, yaitu dari sukabumi, Cipanas (Cianjur) dan Lembang (Bandung). Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa gladiol dengan nomor populasi 96204 dan 96204 dan 96207-2 sangat resisten terhadap infeksi Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. gladioli. Diantara isolat patogen yang dikoleksi dari Sukabumi, Cipanas (Cianjur), dan Lembang (Bandung) tidak berbeda patogenisitasnya.Kata kunci :Gladiolus hybridus; Fusarium oxysporum; Resistensi 2001 Wakiah Nuryani1), I.       The experiment was conducted under plastic house from June 1999 to march 2000. The objective was to find out the response of promising clones of potted chrysanthemum on the compositions of coirdust + zeolite, and sawdust + zeolite growing media. A randomized complete block design was used with factorial pattern, consisting of two factors and three replications. The first factor was three promising clones of pot chrysanthemum and the second factor was six compositions of growing media, i.e.

      Skrining Kultivar Gladiol terhadap Patogenisitas Tiga Isolat Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. gladioli

      The objective of this experiment was to examine the resistance level of several gladiolus accessions from crossed selction in Research Institute for Ornamental Plants and Plant Research Institute (Wageningen) to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. galidoli infection. The fungal isolates were collected from Sukabumi, Cipanas (Cianjur) and Lembang (Bandung). The results showed that gladiolus cultivar number 96204 and 96207-2 were very resistant to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. gladioli. There were no signifacant
